A: Yes, although the program was designed for the iPhone and iPod touch. You will be expanding the program and there may be some loss of resolution.

Q: I’m using an iPod touch and for some reason I’m unable to add audio. Can you help?

A: At the moment, the iPod touch does not have a built in microphone. As such, you will need to purchase one in order to record audio. Typically, these cost roughly $10, but can run as expensive as $30 if you opt to buy the iPhone headphones (which also act as a microphone).

Q: If I’m unhappy with the program, can I obtain a refund?

A: While we are quite certain that customers will be quite satisfied with our products, for the small minority that would like a refund this cannot be granted. As these programs are purchased through iTunes, developers are unable to refund customers.

Q: I work with individuals with special needs and would like to obtain a free, trial version of the program. Is this possible?

A: In some instances, this may be possible, although developers are provided with only a limited number of free codes. As such, obtaining a free code is typically not available.
